What’s Your Entrepreneurial Style?

What’s Your Entrepreneurial Style?

Entrepreneurship. It’s a sexy word that really has been overused since the .com era. Prior to that people were simply business owners.  Suffice to say, being an entrepreneur is the same as running a business.  Whether you’re running a team within a business or starting from scratch or running a global empire, you need to energy, passion and creativity that is packed up in the word ‘entrepreneurship’.

Not since Del Boy in ‘Only Fools and Horses’ has there been a good old-fashioned business owner on our radars, complete with his sheep skin coat, cigars and dodgy watches, he epitomised what most of the population perceived to be an owner of a business.

Then came Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg and our perceptions changed.  It suddenly became really sexy and exciting to drop out of college and start a business in your garage and become a billionaire.  Anyone with a bright idea suddenly got excited about starting and growing a business.

What no one sees is the blood, sweat and tears and decades of work that goes into that level of success.

Now, we can’t all be a Zuckerberg, but we can have a deeper understanding of what makes our entrepreneurial heart tick.  During this last session, we’ll be taking you through your appetite for risk and the pace at which you like to go both in the workplace and naturally.  We’ll explore how this relates to any other leaders or shareholders in your business and discuss whether this is going to hinder or help your progress.

Having clear data on your entrepreneurial style is going to accelerate your personal, business and leadership growth.  Knowing how this relates to the rest of the business or how it relates to those you recruit in the future is essential to building a sustainable business long term.

Plus, after the last session, we’re all going for a slap-up lunch where you’ll receive your CIRCLE Programme certificate and plan your next steps.
