Stop Going Round in Circles and Start Growing Your Business

As a business owner, you have hundreds of questions that need to be answered daily, especially when it comes to growing your business. Whilst you’re busy focusing on bringing in sales and managing an ever-expanding team, you barely have time to make yourself a cup of coffee or have enough funds to put yourself through the latest leadership development programme (both of which are probably on your to do list). If only there was something that was easily accessible, both in terms of time and money…

Luckily, there is.

The CIRCLE programme has been designed by Shirlaws with the needs of such business owners in mind. The work we do makes a huge difference in a very short space of time to businesses and business owners. We know this because we’ve been working with SME and private enterprise businesses like yours for 20 years now. Using our tried and tested models and frameworks, we help grow your business, whilst successfully giving you access to more money, more time and less stress.

We would now like to share this incredible knowledge through our CIRCLE programme with smaller businesses who are ambitious to grow and want to use the Shirlaws frameworks to create strong, sustainable businesses.

We are inviting 15 business owners (or decision makers) to join us in Edinburgh for a series of six, half-day sessions where you will not only learn about the Shirlaws frameworks, but also be guided in implementing these into your business.

C: Culture (17th May)

Understand culture as a system within your business and as a strategic asset

I: Infrastructure (14th June)

Get clarity on the function structure of and capability in your business to deliver the vision and strategy

R: Revenue (16th August)

Understand your business’ revenue chain and how to unlock the potential by identifying blockages to growth

C: Communications (13th September)

Learn how to develop strong engagement with others through understanding your communication style and that of others

L: Leadership (25th October)

Strengthen your leadership skills by identifying where you are now and where you want to be

E: Entrepreneurship (22nd November)

Explore how to get the balance between entrepreneurship and day to day operations so growth can be fostered

Equating to £499 + VAT per session, per person, the investment and commitment from you is for all six sessions, and in return, you will gain the crucial knowledge you need to accelerate the growth of your business and your leadership skills. This is one decision you can’t afford to put off. Invest now and start answering those burning questions in a clear, conscious way.

Starting with ‘Culture as a Strategic Asset’ on the 17th May, we are asking you to apply for your place now by contacting Programme Director, Rebecca Bonnington:
